I make roasted garlic and butter . You roast about 12 heads of garlic and mix with 8 oz of Kerry gold unsalted butter. I cook with it when making cream sauces and Italian dishes. Try it you will love it.
Great job chef Dre on that meal looks absolutely amazing.Im going to try your garlic butter recipe for sure.Normally i grate my garlic in my butter and its a bit strong and pungent so i can image roastwd will make a difference. Stay safe until the next.
