I tried this brush for the first time just last week. It’s so good. Wash day was easier and I felt the deep conditioning was more effective with each strand coated. Worth the purchase!
OMG I LOVE THAT THEY PARTNERED WITH U aside: I remember WATCHING the guy who created this entire brand pitching this on Dragons Den and getting rejected because he didn't have the "energy" they wanted. he was so timid and geeky, poor dude 😭 look at the brand now, though. just wow.
It's nice that someone finally acknowledged the difference between this brush and the regular one with a handle. I was wondering. I thought tangle teaser was just trying to remarket their old brush and aim it towards black folks 💰
I literally just bought that brush 2 days ago at Ulta. I used it with your wash day routine and LOVED the results. My only gripe is that the handle needs more grip to it. It's hard to hold onto when you are working with wet hair with product with slip in it.
I love your videos, I started watching them while I was 13 because my mom did my hair and I had literally no clue how to do my hair. Now that I am 15, my mother hasn't touched my hair in 2 years, so thank you so much and lots of love❤❤❤
I thought I would hate this brush but ended up really liking it (never used the original tangle teezer but used the Wet brush for a couple of years). A good detangling brush is a lifesaver!
I liked the tangle teaser but found over time it ate up my ends! I switched brushes and my stylist noticed my ends looked better. Had to get less cut off.
Gorgeous!!! Can you help me? I keep getting single strand knots and dont know what to do. I'm tired of having to trim cuz I'm losing all the length I grow.
I just watched AfrikanHairGod on RUclips. In his recent video titled #877, he said single strand knots come from a lack of moisture. He’s an actual licensed hairstylist. Check him out
Not a professional but what has helped was keeping my hair stretched in either twists or braids...try doing this right after conditioning or deep conditioning
Yep. Not a hairstylist or youtube guru but I was I your exact position. Kept cutting my hair because of the knots and I thought it was lack of moisture but my hair is very fine. I have really tight coils and they like to knot up on themselves. Keeping my hair stretched he'd is the only thing that helps. I ended up shaving my head in 2019 and it's longer now than it was in 5 years of being natural before 🙃
@@curlycurl8326 I received a lot of shedding collected in the brush, my hair does feel better since using it but I’m sure a good about was breakage. It revealed where trimming was needed.
I may need to get this!!! I have the one with the non-attached backing and it drives me nuts!!! Also i need a flat twist tut! I can’t flat twist for nothing lol
I got the brush today and let me say I'm very impressed I have the large one and when I heard they had a naturally curly one I had to try it out I got me one from Walgreens and I was going to get another one but it did not have any more and stock so I ordered me one off of Amazon just now also with a natural hair book
I'm so mad that I didn't know about the tangle teezer.. I finally bought one and honeeeeeey...... my wash day was so much easier. It detangled my hair with so much ease. I figured out that my crown breakage was due to improper detangling with the incorrect brush and not sectioning correctly. So I'm excited about this brush and learning from my mistakes
Thanks for this video, I'm thinking about getting it. I have long thick hair and the struggle is real. Can I ask what conditioner you used that have slip?
YOU GO Girl!!!!! absolutely beautiful ❤️❤️❤️ u,go, 🛑 stop some traffic 🚦 lol 😆 as always thanks for sharing have a wonderful blessed day today in our Lord GOD and savor JESUS Christ bye 💖😃.
Ok I feel like that one might be the hidden gem! Been hearing a lot about it and there’s another RUclipsr called Nikkibnatural who swears by it…have you used any other tangle teezers before the finisher one?
Hello sister ! I am a French speaker and my English is not very good. I have the original tangle teezer, and I'm hesitant to buy this one. What are the differences between the original and the one for 3C and 4C hair?! Thank you for your answer
I notice you don’t really use a come to section? You use your fingers .. is that better? I just found you with the same kind of texture!! I’m in love .. learning so much .. thank you !
Thanks for the video! I just bought the tangle teezer using your link. I have the kind with no handle and I love using it on my daughter but too hard to use on myself. I think this version will be better with the stronger teeth and handle:-)
Love when brands support influencers who put them on for free for yearssssssss. Well deserved Chizi!
That parttttt… thank you babe!

Not many people know of its humble beginnings.
The dragons must be absolutely kicking themselves! Serves them right 😄
I always think about his 'beginning' when I see the brand!! Stuff you dragons!
So far everyone likes it, I may have to try this one.
Been using this before the sponsorships on RUclips it’s amazing
It's nice that someone finally acknowledged the difference between this brush and the regular one with a handle. I was wondering. I thought tangle teaser was just trying to remarket their old brush and aim it towards black folks 💰
*whisphers* I still think it’s the same brush but with a different name
@@teeeee9174 you're right. I have the wet detangler and it's the exact same thing.
4c hair is so mesmerizing.

Maybe you could try tieing some plastic elastics around the handle. It helps me :)
@@claudiamirandola1305 thank you so much. thats actually very smart
Holding onto the body of the brush may give you some leverage.
@Auntis Kelli.thank you sis I'm going there to get it at Ulta
I used it for the first time yesterday and I agree. I had to work in super small sections bc of that and hold the top of the brush instead
I hate using brushes it makes my wash days and curls frizzy but then I found this brush and BAAABBAAAYY ! It is a GEM 💎

The way she breezed through it ugh 😍
The twists in the middle is such a good idea 👏🏾
its the SKINNNN the HAIRRR and the BROWS for mehhhhh GORG
You look beautiful as always. It be the brows for me🥺🧡😍
the SPEED at which it detangled.....wow. thank God i got it today!
Beautiful 🤩 I love seeing black women with natural hair and no makeup , your skin is amazing , your texture is beautiful 🤩 and I love the glow up to 🥰
This the puff that blew off on the date?😭😂
THE SAME ONE 😭
Oh my😂😂😂🙈
It’s wonderful to see your hair back out and thriving!
I liked the tangle teaser but found over time it ate up my ends! I switched brushes and my stylist noticed my ends looked better. Had to get less cut off.
I currently use a wide tooth comb like back in the day and then go in with a denman style looking brush with a few rows. It actually works super well
Which brush do you to use now? 🙂
it seemed in the video it was a bit rough on the ends before gliding through

I get those fairy knots too. I did find that EXTRA conditioning helped A LOT.

Looovveee it ! Let me find this damn puff and this former brushhhhhhh🥰🥰🥰
Chizi I GOTTA KNOW…after using both which do you honestly prefer? The old one you’ve always used or the new one???
I like to see the twists more than braids... They seem softer and less straining to the hair...?
Just got this brush and it works like a DREAM. I'm so impressed with it!
That was the most fluid detangling I've ever seen. Finger detangling be taking me Forever 😭😭
Honestly I have long straight FINE hair and I would knot super easily and I heard so much about this brush so now I'm here !!
😂😂 Said, "Mm! Ooh lord yes!" Be my similar reactions when something is on pointtt and I wasn't ready lol
