- This is Day 165 Update of my IRON HEART 634 XHS 25 Oz Selvedge Denim Jeans as one of the competitors in the Year 3 Indigo Invitational Denim Fade Competition. This video was done before and after I had my 2nd SOAK withis pair of jeans.
My video is all about running, healthy lifestyle, sports, travel, fashion, food, and my daily activities.

After washing do you find raw denim smells more. My washes are always more frequent after the first wash. Wondering if you have any tips
I usually sweat a lot and if I work in my backyard or hike, the smell would be nasty and I had to keep it that way for the first 6 months. After that, I would wash the jeans at least once a month when used everyday! Thanks for the comment!
Hi, love your videos. Great work! I have a question. Do you feel there is a lot of difference in fabric and quality between your Iron Heart 25oz. jeans and your Brave Star 21oz. Seqouia jeans. Not weight, just wearable differences. Are they more comfortable or do they get softer and wear better. Thanks! I have the Brave Stars and have been debating a purchase of the Iron Hearts. Are the worth it?
Iron Heart and Brave Star in their heavyweight fabrics need to be broken in, which means that you have to wear them more in your daily activities. Once they have their first wash or soak, the fabric becomes very soft and more comfortable to the body. However, I prefer the Iron Heart because of the quality and different softness of the fabric. You won't regret having your first jeans with Iron Heart. Now, the problem for you is what cut is appropriate for your body. Honestly, I made a mistake with this pair (with the cut) as I am more of a skinny guy. It was part of my learning curve with the brand as I bought my IHs from their Online/Website Store. My favorite cut with BS is the Slim Taper/Slim Straight. Finally, after buying more cuts of the IH, I found out that the 666 (Slim Straight) and 777 (Slim Tapered) are the best cuts on IH for me. The price of IH is worth it.
@@jovienarciseph Good to know. I like the fit of the Brave Star (slim taper / slim taper) as well. I hope that the Iron Heart slim taper fit similar. Anyway, thanks for the advice and I'll let you know how it goes. There are a few other pieces out right now that I have to get first but, I'll be getting to those IH's son. No. I don't starch this particular Iron Heart Jeans. It is already stiff from the time I used it for the Indigo Invitational Year 3 Fading Competition. Thanks for watching.
