I had an idea for a worlds finest DLC where Batman would discover a possible connection with Lex Luthor to Scarecrow’s plan so he goes to metropolis to investigate. He of course runs into Superman because there’d be no way not to. It’d be a good way to test the waters in how to make a Superman game. Batman could tackle the standard gameplay and maybe you’d play as Superman for the bosses because there’d you wouldn’t necessarily have to create a whole new league of common foes just to fight Superman

Also one more thing to point out is Superman is not immune to fear toxin. This is speculation but it is implied that it was Lex Luthor who gave them the Nth metal (not confirmed) so Lex Luthor sending the Militia some power armor to deal with Superman might also be a something to consider.

Superman is invulnerable, so Batman wouldn't have the same reason to push him aside like he did Robin and Nightwing. He wouldn't have to fear Superman getting hurt. Assuming Superman is an established character and this isn't the first time he's revealed himself to humans, Batman would know enough about him to know he can be trusted. During a literal imminent chemical attack, Batman isn't going to prioritize any skepticism he may still have about Superman over the certain knowledge that Crane is a threat. He'd let Superman help while analyzing him and making plans for if Superman turns out to go evil later. But at that very moment, his priority will be making Gotham safe, which is easier to do if he works with Superman.

First. What if a situation got so bad in Gotham City, on a federal level, that the FBI sent the Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) to take care of the problem? How would Batman respond to that?
The FBI wouldn’t be able to do much, first because the city was set to explode if anyone came in and second Scarecrow literally have hundreds of Tanks. The soldiers mentioned that they could tear the national guard apart. But if we assume that they somehow manage to get into the city I believe that Batman would just continue like he had been doing, in the game it’s stated that the equipment he has is decades ahead of what the Black Ops had att the time.

It blows my mind that the Suicide Squad game decided to have Batman join the JL AFTER he retires. I always assumed that Batman had been a part of the JL in this universe since at least before Arkham Asylum and we just never saw those stories because... Ya know... Its a Batman game, not a JL game. Sometimes they would throw in little references to the larger DC universe and that was cool. That was enough for me. I didnt need them to confirm the JL in this universe. To me it was clear that this is a seasoned Batman, and if Superman or WonderWoman or anyone would have just shown up in one of the games and they started talking like it was no big deal and they had known each other for years, not only would I have bought it, but I would have thought it would be weird to imply anything otherwise. I had always assumed that IF Superman had shown up during Arkham Knight, he and Batman would already be mates and Batman would probably just tell Superman to piss off like he does to all of the Robins in that game (in fact, I would've included a Superman cameo scene similar to Robin's cameo in Arkham City-but I'm not a AAA game developer for WB). Plus, the Arkham Knight's bombs are probably enough of a justification for Superman (or other league-members/unaffiliated superheroes) to stay out of Gotham. It's thin... But the game tries to pay it some lip service, at least.

Am I the only one who really read the info on Batman in Suicide Squad? Bruce is anything but OK with having his identity revealed to the public, hence the Knight Fall protocol at the end of Arkham Knight and a long period of pretending to be dead, even after resuming his crusade . It took a lot of persuasion to get him to agree to reveal himself, reluctantly and certainly only to recover the financial resources necessary for the Justice League. For once your second ending is too optimistic, Batman knows that Superman could have prevented this event and that his paranoia like Superman's mode of operation are responsible for these circumstances, in these conditions, he will never ally with him. Worse, knowing that Clark is there and managing the situation with means that Batman will never have, he could even have lost against the joker and found himself erased by him, becoming the worst possible threat for the Bat family at first. , then gotham and finally the JL. In short, first scenario consistent with the timeline, even if it makes suicide squad non-canon (which is not necessarily a bad thing), the second scenario, on the other hand, is in my opinion far too positive and does not take into account what we know about post-arkham knight and the psyche of this batman. after that it remains my opinion and hypotheses, no one can know what would have happened except the authors. (I'm not even sure that Superman was already acting at that time in fact, I would have to play Suicide Squad again to go and reread the documents). Anyway, thx for your work on this what if 😁

I heard a theory that said that Batman already formed the Justice League in between City and Knight. This theory was formed because there are many references to Superman and other JLA members and because Batman was in his peak (in terms of years of experience) during this game. I think that Batman would be accepting of working with Superman.
Personally I think that he was already part of the League during the events of Asylum but things didn’t really escalate enough that they needed to get involved, same goes for city. They know how stubborn and territorial Bruce can be so they probably figured he could handle it. I can see Diana wanting to help, but Clark telling her to let Bruce handle it. And should things get out of control, they would jump in to stop whatever the threat is. As for Knight I like to think that in between City and Knight something like Tower of Babel took place where someone used Batman's secret contingency plans against the League, they beat the villain, are voting on if Batman deserves to still be in the League and instead of waiting for the vote, he just leaves. Might make the occasional appearance if he's needed but from then on, he would only act like a part timer. Further more it is not unreasonable to believe that the other members are probably dealing with stuff of their own, maybe Clark is occupied with a giant lazer robot somewhere and Diana is fighting some mythological creature, meanwhile Green Lantern has a galactic war to take care of in the other side of the galaxy. It is possible that it was all just bad timing.

The FBI wouldn’t be able to do much, first because the city was set to explode if anyone came in and second Scarecrow literally have hundreds of Tanks. The soldiers mentioned that they could tear the national guard apart. But if we assume that they somehow manage to get into the city I believe that Batman would just continue like he had been doing, in the game it’s stated that the equipment he has is decades ahead of what the Black Ops had att the time.

It blows my mind that the Suicide Squad game decided to have Batman join the JL AFTER he retires. I always assumed that Batman had been a part of the JL in this universe since at least before Arkham Asylum and we just never saw those stories because... Ya know... Its a Batman game, not a JL game. Sometimes they would throw in little references to the larger DC universe and that was cool. That was enough for me. I didnt need them to confirm the JL in this universe. To me it was clear that this is a seasoned Batman, and if Superman or WonderWoman or anyone would have just shown up in one of the games and they started talking like it was no big deal and they had known each other for years, not only would I have bought it, but I would have thought it would be weird to imply anything otherwise.
I had always assumed that IF Superman had shown up during Arkham Knight, he and Batman would already be mates and Batman would probably just tell Superman to piss off like he does to all of the Robins in that game (in fact, I would've included a Superman cameo scene similar to Robin's cameo in Arkham City-but I'm not a AAA game developer for WB).
Plus, the Arkham Knight's bombs are probably enough of a justification for Superman (or other league-members/unaffiliated superheroes) to stay out of Gotham. It's thin... But the game tries to pay it some lip service, at least.

Am I the only one who really read the info on Batman in Suicide Squad? Bruce is anything but OK with having his identity revealed to the public, hence the Knight Fall protocol at the end of Arkham Knight and a long period of pretending to be dead, even after resuming his crusade . It took a lot of persuasion to get him to agree to reveal himself, reluctantly and certainly only to recover the financial resources necessary for the Justice League. For once your second ending is too optimistic, Batman knows that Superman could have prevented this event and that his paranoia like Superman's mode of operation are responsible for these circumstances, in these conditions, he will never ally with him. Worse, knowing that Clark is there and managing the situation with means that Batman will never have, he could even have lost against the joker and found himself erased by him, becoming the worst possible threat for the Bat family at first. , then gotham and finally the JL. In short, first scenario consistent with the timeline, even if it makes suicide squad non-canon (which is not necessarily a bad thing), the second scenario, on the other hand, is in my opinion far too positive and does not take into account what we know about post-arkham knight and the psyche of this batman. after that it remains my opinion and hypotheses, no one can know what would have happened except the authors. (I'm not even sure that Superman was already acting at that time in fact, I would have to play Suicide Squad again to go and reread the documents).

I heard a theory that said that Batman already formed the Justice League in between City and Knight. This theory was formed because there are many references to Superman and other JLA members and because Batman was in his peak (in terms of years of experience) during this game. I think that Batman would be accepting of working with Superman.
Personally I think that he was already part of the League during the events of Asylum but things didn’t really escalate enough that they needed to get involved, same goes for city. They know how stubborn and territorial Bruce can be so they probably figured he could handle it.
I can see Diana wanting to help, but Clark telling her to let Bruce handle it. And should things get out of control, they would jump in to stop whatever the threat is.
As for Knight I like to think that in between City and Knight something like Tower of Babel took place where someone used Batman's secret contingency plans against the League, they beat the villain, are voting on if Batman deserves to still be in the League and instead of waiting for the vote, he just leaves. Might make the occasional appearance if he's needed but from then on, he would only act like a part timer. Further more it is not unreasonable to believe that the other members are probably dealing with stuff of their own, maybe Clark is occupied with a giant lazer robot somewhere and Diana is fighting some mythological creature, meanwhile Green Lantern has a galactic war to take care of in the other side of the galaxy. It is possible that it was all just bad timing.
