    I have been working out since 1.5 years but started following tom since 3-4 month , i lost weight gained strength, never thought i will be this strong.....best fitness and home workout channel period .....im truly shocked this is free content everytime i workout ....thanks a ton brother thank you very much

    Hey. Just found this workout and loved it!!!! Never comment much on YT content but this deserves a mention!! Perfect length, perfect mix, perfect tempo. Very efficient on time. Very achievable. Great sesne of accomplishment at the end eith warmth and pump. Will come.back to lots. Many thanks 👌

      You could do one every day but this one probs 2-3 times a week, mix in some of my others also.
