Wow! A timelessly beautiful anthem played so expertly and CREATIVELY. This shows what the Hammond A100 models can do! The descending baseline and crazy jazz chords on the second verse!!!😫😩🙏🏽👏🏽👑🔥🔥🔥
WORK those keys! I am in love with this hymn and this is one of the best renditions I've heard so far! Crescendos, decrescendos, glissandos on the PEDALS! But most of all, the PASSION! Thanks for recording this!
The music was written in 1905, so I'm pretty sure nobody still alive today was around at the inception, but this made me feel like I am there, like I am straining my eyes to read a tiny-font newspaper story about the Russo-Japanese War. Thanks, Willis.
I am an episcopalian ,more formal organist type. However, this was the real deal and that Hammond rendition was boss. I found it by accident and it is MLK week. My rendition will be very different. Big and commanding. However what I just heard is the real deal. I had the opportunity to study on a B3 as a teenager and I loved it. Two very different concepts but thank God for both. You rock with true spirit and soul.god bless you brother. Thanks bruce
My goodness!!! Incredible! Very lovely 🌹
