I am amazed that you drive one handed for 90 percent of the time! Your left hand rested on either the gear lever, the passenger seat or the console. Use both hands on the rim (always the rim and never the center) and focus on driving. You won't have time to place your left hand back onto the wheel in an emergency. Hard to take whatever you say seriously from a supposed'expert'
I honestly don't know why the Holden, Opel and Vauxhall Captivas/Antaras have this ugly interior with that ugly monochromatic screen. The Chevrolet version of the Captiva has a much better interior with a Chevy MyLink navigation system instead of the old orange screen.
No, I mean the one that appears at 1:25 showing consumption. The one you're talking about is also on the Chevrolet Captiva Sport, but it's in blue instead of orange (everything in the interior lights up in blue in the Chevy version). If you look up in Google "Captiva Sport MyLink" you can see the navigation screen that comes with the ones sold in the American continent, much better looking than the orange screen of the Holden version.
good review for second hand buyers, thanks
