Coconut Almond Cookies/Coconut Almond Scrap/gawa's kitchen/Eid 2022 biscuits

Ingredients
250g butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon Almond essence
2 cups medium coconut
4 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoons fine cardamom
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped Almonds/optional
dip in sugar before placing in oven
1/2 cup sugar
chopped Glace cherries
bake 180 degrees
12-15 minutes
