How can it be possible? Before repeating this video with Bach's prelude and fugue in d sharp minor, I have listen to all piano-interpretations of youtube I could find. Your tempi, your dramatic🔥, for me the ONLY INTERPRETATION which is absolutely flawLess. Plus the subtile differences in both repetitions. Thank you so much is weakly said. And I love your modesty. ❤️🖤
Bartók: I must ban all my prejudges about 'dissonances'. This sonata is like a mighty organic construction, notes and motifs are like germ cells! And Bela Bartók has a beautiful face! But this stream is shortened. Why?
As a child I never played Bartók (or Kabalevsky), too modern for my old teacher (f; 58 y). Musical PERFECTION with ONLY 5 till 10 notes, but for me too 'easy'! Very regrettable. After starting my pianolessons with 6 years I must study very soon Haydn-Sonatinen and Schumann op.68, for beginner too difficult. I never had become the feeling of playing well. More 'pleasure' by strumming me through big pieces, but that isn't good too.

So sad you deleted the Bartok performance 🙈 That was so interesting too! I never really understood modern music much but listening to you play it gave me some hope😅
