  • Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Natalie White, who will be leading this 30-minute HIIT workout joined by Alexis Turner and Khetanya Henderson! In this routine, you'll start with a warmup and work your way through intervals of high knees, jumping jacks, three-count squat jumps, and many more heart-pumping exercises. Our class members will keep up the intensity and provide plenty of modifications and advancements. Prepare to sweat and have a good time with your friends! All you need is a mat to get started.

    This would have been a fabulous workout if RUclips hadn’t constantly invaded with ad breaks. Really hard to do a timed workout when the timer is interrupted constantly! Boo RUclips :(

      I feel you! If you play the video through and go back and repeat it, there aren’t any ads the second time. Not ideal but it’s better than paying RUclips $15 a month. Have a good one!

    Oh this was so great! I looove that nothing repeats so there’s no mental game and I can give it my all bc it’s just once! Sweating so much!

    💪🏾 Excellent HIIT workout! 😅 I was sweating buckets! This was definitely a full-body workout! I love that there was no repeats on the moves! This is my 1st time doing Natalie White's workouts and it'll not going to be my last! She's an absolute breath of fresh air and so energetic! I'm definitely doing this workout again!     I'm 62 and I am finding it increasingly difficult to build my muscle strength. I can no longer do push-ups -not even on my knees although I am using dumbells for strentgh exercises at least twice a week. I also workout 5 to six days since I enjoy it. But I am not happy with my results as of late. Any advice would be much appreciated. I do not wish to give up yet!!! Thank you so much.

    I liked this workout very much. It was just a bit too much advertising. 6 times in 30 minutes really is a lot and always in the middle of an exercise. Would have appreciated it in the pauses.
