Loved this!! The core part, in particular, was tough! & the trainer looks amazing. I work out every day but I also love pizza, wine& chocolate- life's for living! It's refreshing to a "normal" looking fitness instructor.

I enjoyed the workout, mentioning anything else is taking away from the workout
I was diagnosed with lupus about a year ago and I've had trouble with needing to slow down because of fatigue. I usually kickbox or do HIIT but sometimes I just don't have the energy for those workouts. This was perfect for me today. No jumping and slamming around. This will be a new go-to for me! Thanks so much!
I didn't think I could do the whole 30 minutes but after I did them, I can officially say: It really requires all of your strength and it's devestating *but* it's also really rewarding and you feel good afterwards😁. Thank you so much for this amazing video, really want to do it more often now😉💪🏼

Great video. I don't know why anyone would say nasty things about Rachel's body. She is beautiful and I love the shape of her body. There's beauty in all shapes, sizes, colors, etc... the way God intended it to be. Most of these bodyshaming trolls are probably lonely, pathetic individuals that hate their own lives. Rachel keep on doing your thing as you're helping so many people improve their lives.
Great beginner workout/low intensity workout for days when you just need an easier workout. Loved the incorporation of stretching with toning movements, more workouts should have stretching baked into the workouts not just at the start or end.

She might not be doing exercise a lot at the moment due to health issues or a busy lifestyle, or she may be going through a stressful event, which causes weight to fluctuate. I know mine does… I’m still relatively fit though. Probably best to not comment on the instructor’s body; that’s very rude. Exercise is great for many reasons, not just having a skinny body..
Not everyone has to be thin to be fit and not everyone’s fitness goals have to do with being skinny. Saying that the exercises “don’t work” is ignorant. Honestly that’s a very Eurocentric and outdated standard. Curvy people can be fit and thin people can be unhealthy.
