Greetings from Canada! Firstly, I love your channel. I've been buying Ice Yarns for almost two years, and I love the prices and quality. I think your shipping costs are quite reasonable compared to what I have paid on some shipments. I've paid as much as 110%. Also, have you tried clicking the dark blue menu bar at the top of the main screen? It simplifies some things like close out yarns, which I tend to purchase more often. You can see the daily deals there too. Keep up the great videos!

I'm guessing shipping mostly depends on bulk and weight so there may be significant differences when ordering different kinds of yarns in different weights, and yes, if course shipping varies, I'm still much closer to Turkey than you are in North America... Thanks for the tip, will definitely check it out!

Thanks for this Irit, really helpful. I keep getting side tracked by the photos at the bottom of each page 😞 and then I end up having to start all over again. Got to stick to what I went on the site for in the first place! Did finally manage to order something and am really pleased with both yarn and customer service. Can't get my hands on the picasso rainbow though 😞 ...it's always out if stock and even if I get notified, I'm just not quick enough !!!

They do not have your favorite Macaron anymore. So I am wondering if you have considered Acoustic as a replacement? It looks similar but I think it is thinner. Have you tested it? What Do you think of Acoustic?

I always double the price because I buy a lot of sale yarn where shipping is as much or even more than the cost of the yarn. I think I usually pay about 80% extra for shipping. Customs take up a big portion of that price.
I like watching RUclips videos to see which yarns I am interested in. It's much easier to find yarn that way. And I do look through the sale yarns but it is a lot of work.
I have been curious about the mixed lots. I once saw a Lorena lot that was more expensive than buying them in packs. I was baffled.
Extra tip if you are in a browser: hold ctrl while you click on an item. It will open a new tab so you don't have to go back and forth as much. On mobile hold your finger on the item, a menu will pop up and click 'open in new tab'. Again less back and forth.
