Thanks for the DS 7 review. In my opinion, this example does not convey the full charm of the DS7. When choosing for myself, I realized that the most suitable color for this model is wet asphalt or champagne color - light gray. The most inexpressive color for it is white. The interior trim in brown leather in the Opera version is simply breathtaking. I did not even consider options without leather. The worst option is black leather, especially with stitching on the dashboard and door panels. My wife did not even agree to go for a test drive. The black color makes the car subjectively more cramped and it seems to be nothing special. In the end, we drove a wet asphalt color car with brown leather in the Opera version, a hybrid, with all the additions except for climate control from the back seat, and immediately took it away. Maybe for someone the additions will seem like an unreasonable expense, but for myself, having tried it once, I decided that there must be electric seat adjustment with memory, adaptive cruise control and electric trunk drive with the function of opening and closing with a wave of the foot. Before that, I did not know that there is a driver meeting function, this is when when opening the door the driver's seat moves to the extreme rear position, for me, with a sore back, this is just a godsend. It seems that a glass roof is not necessary, but for some reason I want it, several copies were rejected for this reason. Electric drive for tilting the rear seats can slightly increase the luggage compartment. In general, the color of the car and the interior trim greatly affect the perception. In my opinion, my version fully reveals all the charm of the DS7. Once in the parking lot of a store I saw a man hanging around the car. He walked around, looked inside. I asked if he liked it. He said that it looked great. I sat him in the driver's seat. He was a little surprised, as it turned out that he had recently bought a Mercedes GLC, and it didn't even have adaptive cruise control, and the function when the driver's seat moves away from the steering wheel when leaving the car completely stunned him. When choosing a car, I didn't think about the loss in price and possible technical problems. Comfort was a priority. I tried RAV4, Tiguan, Outlander, Q5. As soon as I got into my copy, I immediately realized that this is what I needed. This is my fourth French car. Before that, I drove a diesel Citroen C5 for 11 years. If I hadn't accidentally found out that there was a DS7, I would have kept driving it. The C5 is still relevant inside and out, the hydroactive suspension is a fairy tale. By the way, the DS7 is not inferior to the C5 with hydroactive in terms of ride smoothness, it has adaptive shock absorbers with electric stiffness adjustment. I live in Finland. I bought the car two months ago and began to notice that I come across DS7 more and more often.
I have one since summer 2019 and it is lovely all the way. Or until you get into an accident - DS have massive problem getting spare parts to fix the car.
Thanks for the DS 7 review.

Thanks for sharing Niclas- great to hear you like it but a real shame about the parts problem!
Do you think the part problem is related to COVID or was it beforehand?
@@SHETALKSCARS I can't say. The problem happened this January. I think it is related to the lack of semiconductor in the automotive industry.
@@nericsso Ah. Then if it’s during COVID it won’t be their fault in all honesty. All manufacturers are suffering this right now. Hope it comes soon!
@@nericsso All car makers have issues at the moment. Not just DS Automobiles. Use your brain before posting comments, Einstein.
What the heck are you wearing? You look like you’ve just escaped from hospital 😂😂😂
I had. Don’t tell them!!!

Is it better than a glc?
That's a real shame. It's not just Vauxhall though, it's every manufacturer. Alcantara are nice though. Hope it comes soon...
