Hai,
There is no other choose, only need to do re-work on the particular place. To find where the leak, we need to lock one side of the gas pipe then need to pour the water from another end of gas pipe and lock it too. then leave it for 1 day. The wall become wet, if there is a leak. So u need to rework on the particular place.gas leak won't affect concrete wall. But it can affect the normal wall by ageing.
