Unfortunately, I only had enough peppers to make a few bottles. Those bottles have been given to some family & friends to be my taste testers. If the recipe turns out good, I plan on growing many more plants next season to make several bottles. We don't sell any, we just share what we have. I have always used apple cider vinegar. Will have to try this.
