    May I know the brand of rice flour you use? Can I substitute water with coconut water? Thank you Jen

      Hi Catherine..Any brand is acceptable. Coconut water can be used instead. Coconut water has a natural aroma and taste, there is no need to boil it with pandan leaves. 🙏 Wish you all the best 💗.
