I use these, they perform very well. I harvested a buck today, clean pass through the deer.
Holding a Muzzy Trocar HBX package right now and says Made in Taiwan. 😢
I use to shot 3-d at Muzzy plant in Cartersville Ga they a lot steel drums out back with Muzzy holes in them I shot the 110 4 blade Muzzy back in 96 kill my first deer with a bow 4 pt buck. Using the 3 blade Torcar 100g in my Center point Amped 415
Is this outdoors Dan?
I absolutely hate how the first quarter inch of the blade cannot cut because it’s interfered with by the camming mechanism. That’s a very crucial part of the cut not to be available
Good review. So many heads out there that I wanna try and this was one of them.
Fixed is far far better
The quality of Muzzy has really taken a dump. I don’t believe they’re made in the US. I don’t believe they’re even assembled in the US with Chinese parts. They’re just straight up China. I ordered a few different models over the last couple of years and have been VERY disappointed.
One of the original founders started another company and is making the old school Muzzy heads again in the US. I think it’s Mussachia broadheads. Spelling probably isn’t accurate but it will get you there.
Did you have to sharpen them. Money didn't seem that sharp
I've shot the grave diggers which are now called blood sports i switched over to the muzzy hb for a mechanical and for fixed i use tooth of the arrow Broadheads
The Grave Digger is a good hybrid head, but I like the rear-deploying Muzzy HB better too.
How do you tune these broadheads?
Annihilator broadbeads
that's the same company that owns carbon express
Was given a package of these...by far the dullest out of the package broadheads I've ever seen. I think I eventually threw them away ... yet another reason I won't ever shoot mechs
I had the same experience as youm ordered a package. Total garbage. Every blade had chatter on them and were dull! Muzzy quality has tanked - unless these were counterfeit. I sent them back for refund. Would never shoot an animal with them!
I just received a package of Muzzy one broadhead that I bought on eBay, they say they are muzzy one broadheads on the package but on the back by the UPC coad it says made in China... Kinda tcked me off that this was not disclosed in the listing.
Ebay.....good chance you received counterfeit heads. Bet you "saved" some money.....
@@maknbacon7367 I got some from Amazon they were the same way. Then I found the same ones in Cabelas and Sportsmens warhous. So I came to the conclusion Muzzy Ones were no longer made in the USA. I will be switching brands.. I really do not care about saving money. I want good US made broadheads.
@@JimD4570 Agree 100%....I want quality as well. It really stinks these days that you never know what you're going to get online. Rage went through the counterfeit crap to....right down to the packaging. The set screw and that anti theft magnet are what you had to look at. A call to Feradyn is usually helpful on the counterfeit aspect. They certainly should be able to answer if the One head's are outsourced.
