Question for you I got a state of the art shoulder replacement. Now at 7 months out I have rubbing at the acromiocalvicular joint. Stretching the area but still have bone on bone rubbing. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks
A good sports physiotherapist, you.may have imbalances, i have a shoulder issue and hanging opens up the joint and solid rotator cuff work, look up knees over toes guy he does shoulder rehab, also squat University, Kelly Starrett also
They open up the shoulders and chest very well if done correctly and with care. Not a great place to start for most but definitely a goal to shoot for. Maybe crabwalks to starts?

Table leg, door knob, bottom of a couch, cabinet door, another person, car door handle, I could do this all day.
Your hand placement on the box row is wrong, you're going to get shoulder problems doing them that way. Fingers should be facing out, not forward.
