    Trev, i wanna thank you for everything that you do for us, and i also want to ask if you could make a video about trendelenburg gait( what causes it, how to correct it etc) . I know there are videos about it from other people on youtube, but you are the guy i trust the most. Thank you once again.

    You know what might be a good video is an all variation to work up to doing these exercises. I can't hip hinge well, and lunges are always very difficult due to balance.

      @@FIGGY65 the doctor said I had a partial tear for many years and that was probably from lifting weights, but I fully detached it in BJJ class one night.

    Great list! So glad you stressed the importance of deadlifts. Lots of poor advice on the interwebs trying to steer people away from the big three +1 (squats, deadlifts, bench press and bent over row).

    Question for you
    I got a state of the art shoulder replacement. Now at 7 months out I have rubbing at the acromiocalvicular joint. Stretching the area but still have bone on bone rubbing. Any thoughts would be helpful.

      A good sports physiotherapist, you.may have imbalances, i have a shoulder issue and hanging opens up the joint and solid rotator cuff work, look up knees over toes guy he does shoulder rehab, also squat University, Kelly Starrett also

      They open up the shoulders and chest very well if done correctly and with care. Not a great place to start for most but definitely a goal to shoot for. Maybe crabwalks to starts?

    Please, have more videos for people at home, not the gym. I can’t attach a band to a weight machine at home. I really like your advice but it is impractical at home without large boxes or weight machine columns to attach bands.

      Table leg, door knob, bottom of a couch, cabinet door, another person, car door handle, I could do this all day.

    Your hand placement on the box row is wrong, you're going to get shoulder problems doing them that way. Fingers should be facing out, not forward.
