I recommend looking for hardcore servers if you're doing an objective map because then your teammates have more experience and are overall better organized players. With my experience, in hardcore servers, if you simply say that the server needs more of a specific class, then usually 1 to 3 people change to that class for better coverage of roles.
and here a tip for leipzig too if the priest use his crucifix at the runner horde then check 2 side first since people tend to leave the runner
If there only priest, if he use crux at church, sapper is the one that help everyone

hardcore is good for this but, if you wanna join regular its gonna be hard to find a good server cause there usally full of: Afk people, trolls, and newbies who started like a week ago
Mobile just mostly newbie that never learn, i recommend to play HC rather than mobile or pc console because you have higher change to find a too good team
Tbh I have proof that not all mobile players are newbies that never learn but it's like a 10% chance and the proof is on my channel
not all pc and console servers have good teams.
