@@joabgomez1855yes, both of you guys will, if you still somehow have the issue. Factory resetting doesn’t wipe the data and make you unable to sign in, it just completely resets an Xbox. You keep all progress and everything linked to your account.
Thank you so much man! When I watch tuts I usually never understand and end up having to watch the same vid 5 times just to understand. But this one took only once and was very detailed. Thanks
Thank you very much very helpful information also we need more people like you because other tutorials are super confusing thanks for keeping it simple
You’ll probably have to cancel your subscriptions on the Xbox official website but all your information including your credit or debit card information will also be erased from that console that you reset.
So I’ve got the new Xbox series X and I’m selling my old X, wondering if I actually need to do this at all but I feel if I wipe this Xbox something will happen to my account? Not sure just worries to be honest😂 great vid tho
Thx for posting this because in a month or 2 I’m gonna be selling my Xbox one to GameStop after I get the Xbox series S to play the new Star Wars Jedi survivor game
Had to use this bc of cod bocw. 130 gigs of dead space that I can't get rid of so hopefully by factory resetting, I can reinstall all my games and get my space back.
No All you youre doing is reseting the hardware, meaning the internal storage. your Other console which is connected to the account is not gonna reset. you arent reseting your account, youre reseting your internal hardware of the xbox
Yes, you will. You’ll just have to download all your games and apps again but your achievements, friends, and game save states should still be intact. You won’t have to re-buy them if you already bought them. They’ll be free to install as long as you use the same account.
@@notyouraverage1saiah660 Yeah all this does is deletes it from the console for the new user to not be able to access it. Your Microsoft account is still there and all your games and progress is saved for you to use in another Xbox. You can only delete your Microsoft account on their website.
Im 11 months late but yes. All you have to do is sign in to your Microsoft account on the new Xbox and everything will sync from there. You'll have all your saved games, profile, chats, everything.
Question I got a series X for Christmas and have my games from my one on my new Xbox series x if I remove everything and reset my old console will my saved games stay on my new console?
Thanks for this, very helpful... word to the unwary, I was not able to remove my home associations from the console without going online. I was not able to go online without a 4.5GB F@#$%&$ update so don't do this if your one x has been idle for a while and you're in a hurry.
So if they are physical games then just bundle them as you sell the console. As far as digital games. No there isn't a way to do that. Games are attached to your Microsoft account.
Hey bro quick question if i do that will i be able to sign in to my account later on a new console and will still be able to see my games, progression and friends?

Does it delete multiple gamer tags ( accounts) as well or just your main account
