Thanks for letting the viewers know your personal situation! I know a few ppl that have lived without a car in Midtown and def believe it's the one area in Atlanta you can get away without having a car.
@@Hello-rr1jj Oh sorry, I totally misunderstood the context of your question. lol. I found the Mayfair Tower's rules and it does appear that they do not have rental restrictions.
Thank you for that nice comment. Yes, it is a lot of work but I am happy to hear that my videos are really helping people envision where they may want to live in the city!
Yes, you can live comfortably in Midtown without a car. For those of us who want to be environmentally friendly and reduce our carbon footprint, Midtown is the place to live. The Marta Train Stations are safe and convenient to Buckhead and Downtown and Downtown Decatur.
Hey got a few questions and you seemed like a Creative Person, when people need renovation of their condos etc or the condos period, do they contact a preferred vendor list the HOA uses? Next, do you know of a marketplace that companies or people whom need renovation work or start up work done on a particular project?
Hey M Sway! I don't think condo complexes has a preferred vendor list. But each condo building may have different rules when it comes to who can renovate your unit. For instance, I had a past client wanting to do a renovation and her condo building required to see the scope of the work and also that the contractor is licensed. I don't know of a specific platform to find contractors (well, there are some out there but I feel like it's a hodge podge). But, I would go on NextDoor and you can usually search for posts for recommendations for xyz contractor. Or you could put a post out there and see who has used a contractor that they recommend. Good contractors are hard to find!

@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta hi! Sorry, I was referring to the rental restriction at Mayfair! Do you know if they implemented it?

There’s a free shuttle to Atlantic Station/target from Marta arts center station.
You are right about that. I learned about the Atlantic Shuttle a little earlier this year. :)
@ And I live in Plaza Midtown without a car! It is do-able, and this building has the best 1 bedroom layouts. No wasted space, and huge patios
