You are so welcome!! I really like Midtown and I know a few moms that are living in Midtown with their young kiddos - I think some are in an apartment and others have homes. Are you looking to rent or buy? If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask. :) Thanks for watching and the kind comment.
Hi Teri! You are so welcome-- that was my whole goal is to provide helpful info. Are you looking to rent or purchase? I have another video about Midtown Condos, so if you are planning to buy, check out that video as I walk around and talk about several different buildings.
HI Molly, we moved our timeliness way up. Tomorrow we will be checking out the Luxe Condominium and the Piedmont House for a rental. What do you think of the two? LOVE THE TOURS!!😊
Hey Wil! I’m sure both would be great options - they are right next to each other so obv the location isn’t going to differ much. Just go with what you find better suits you! I haven’t been in Piedmont House but Luxe can offer some nice views depending on the unit. Good luck!!
Thanks for watching David!! I did another video on Midtown recently where I talk about several condo buildings…you’ll be able to see more shots of the area. Video is called Midtown Atlanta Condo Tour (I think that’s what I named it 😂)
You are welcome! Thx for watching. If you want to see a bit more footage of the area, I have a few other videos that show some of Midtown - like the Midtown condo tour.
I’m moving to ATL soon and I’ve been in search for the perfect apartment for rent in MIDTOWN , I want to be right in the hustle and bustle , which one do you recommend, and I want to say thanks for this video loved how you moved around in different parts of ATL , I’m going to rewatch it again I believed I may have have missed some parts , Thanks!!!!😀
Hi Wanda! I'm glad my video was helpful for you. The condos I showed in my video were examples of ones that were recently for sale. But, you mentioned you liked 1010 Midtown - I am only seeing 1 unit there for rent right now (starting May 1st) and the rent is $2500/month...is that within your budget? Plaza Midtown has a couple of 1 bedroom units for rent right around $2K.
You are so welcome! Thanks for the nice comment and thanks for watching. Are you moving to the Atlanta area? I do love Midtown so it was a fun video to make! :)
ONe thing I really wished she did in this video, was discuss the cultural perceptions (other than for us LGBTQ+ia), and tell us the cost of one bedroom or two bedroom apartments. Not everyone wants to move into a home, and not every one has kids . I am kidless at 38 and always will be, but I want to see apartments in that area...
Thanks for your input. I focus primarily on residential real estate as we don't have an MLS full of every rental listing and thus, I don't focus much of my work on rentals. I recognize that everyone doesn't have kids - I mention the kid aspect a lot because many of the people I work with do. It's impossible for me to touch on every specific situation so I just talk on what I am exposed to the most! But I do think Midtown is an excellent spot if you are kidless!
Hi Alise- everyone's opinion of safe is different. I cannot actually, as a realtor, specifically state if an area is safe or not. But, I have many single female friends that lived or currently live in Midtown and enjoy the area. I personally jog through Midtown all the time on Saturday mornings and feel just fine walking through the area (if I didn't feel comfortable, I def wouldn't be walking around making videos!). But as with any big city, you always want to be mindful when it comes to walking by yourself late at night. Midtown is not perfect - it has had some incidences over the years however, I don't think it's completely out of the norm for a city.
Hey, sorry about that. I really try to be inclusive..sometimes when I am filming my brain doesn't work and let me get out everything correctly. Thanks for the reminder.
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta I think I speak for a lot of people when I say I appreciate you being inclusive 😊 hope to see some downtown living especially maybe something about the gulch. I feel like downtown is coming back to life but I would love to know more.
@@moseslopez2169 thank you sir! I'm trying my best but I'm only human right? I'll try and get over to Downtown in the next few weeks to film something. I've been reading more about some Downtown development - the Gulch being one of them (which it seems like they've been talking about it FOREVER and are finally going to make it happen). I honestly have been avoiding Downtown because it's more touristy but I know there are some condo/loft options there. Stay tuned for more!

Thank you!! Hope it was helpful for you.
Yes it sucks in Atlanta
Not sure what point of the video you were referencing - maybe traffic?
LGBTQ NOT LGBQ (PLEASE STATE THIS CORRECTLY BECAUSE THE TRANS COMMUNITY WILL BE OFFEENDED)
