The best Marzipan by far is Niederegger. And one missing Christmas treat is another favorite of mine: Blätterkrokant 😊 I prefer Lindt (but does that count as German?)
The wife LOVES Marzipan as you may have been able to tell 😂 If I can get a hold of some Blätterkrokant I will try and do a RUclips short trying that for the first time. How would that sound?
Glühwein (mulled wine) should be drunk hot outside (e.g. at a christmas market) in freezing temperatures. And not too much of it. You'll get drunk very quickly because of the high sugar content ;)
A decent selecting of buyable stuff. Combined with self baked christmas cookies there is usually a big selection. Some are better, some not, but at the end it's fun to pick this one, than that one and so on. For obese reasons thank goodness mostly eaten just in winter/christmas season. You'll become soon as professional as your wife: just into the mouth and enjoy 🙂 (Non alcoholic) Kinderpunsch is ok if you like it more, there is no duty to go for the Glühwein 🙂

I did enjoy Dominosteine. Very similar to something back in the UK, Jaffa Cakes :D

We did have it hot. I think it might have cooled a little prior to us drinking. I am so bad with hot drinks
