Yes, so sorry for our lengthy delay! We are back in action! I hope all is well with your 8-month-old! Enjoy the puppy stage - it goes by too quickly! Also, feel free to let us know any topic you'd be interested in seeing for our next few videos!
Hey it's always good to watch a video about Sable :) As a Chinese adult with ADHD, I find this a wonderful source for me to refrain from walking around when feeling bored about reciting jurisprudence ^^ 😏😏
Have you done a video on grooming Sable? I'm closely looking and have an opportunity potentially-I've seen these dogs vary in size and amount of coat. Sable has a beautiful coat, doesn't appear it's too long-how do you keep it looking so great? Curious how large Sable is-is she full grown or still growing? I've not had a dog with a fuller double coat...really trying to find out how much sheddng is an issue and if the grooming is manageable? (none of that is a deal breaker-beautiful breed, just wondering what I should expect!). Looks like she loves all of her routines!
Thanks for the suggestion, Randy! I have not done a full video on grooming Sable. Thanks for noticing her coat - I do my best to keep it looking good! I can do a video on this in the future, but for now, all I do is make sure she has daily fish oil, every other day she gets a skin/coat supplement (mostly because she is a pretty itchy dog!), brush her very regularly, bathe her myself monthly, and trim her little hairy feet. She gets a TON of hair that grows between her toes and looks super goofy (this happens for Tollers), so it's important to keep that maintained well since it gathers dirt. Even with all of this, we have hair EVERYWHERE in our house. Although, after a while, you stop noticing 😃 Sable is full grown and maybe a bit on the small side. She weights 34.6 pounds currently. I think she's the perfect size and the vet agrees! For reference in our videos, I'm only 5'3". She does LOVE her routines - thrives on them actually. Let me know if there are any other videos you'd like to see! Thanks for the support!
@@ADuckTollerNamedSable Thank you, I'm "saving" your reply for future reference! She is definitely the perfect size...just beautiful. I'm told from the breeder I'm speaking to that they are in the 40-50 pound range and I prefer the smallest part of that scale. I figured the hair might be everywhere....I was petting one several weeks ago at a dog show and could see hair flying up into the air!
@@randytolen9531 Yes I'm not surprised! I always have some toller hair on me! Yes, 40-50 is about right, especially for males. Females tend to be a hair smaller.
Which size ball did you buy for her? :) Thank you for sharing all your mental stimulation videos, it's super helpful!
YES! Love the updates again!! We have a Toller that’s 8 months old and it’s uncanny how similar these pups are ❤
