Hello Madam.. I have got my car delivered today. Just want to check these two questions. 1) did you get user manual in the delivery kit 2) are you getting lag issues in 2nd gear while going on speed brakers I have to lower down to 1st gear everytime I get on to spead breaker...

Am glad to know that you also own C3. Aap car to service station p check karwa lijie. Kharab raaston p hum regularly drive karte hain but noise ka koi issue nahi hai.

1. Is all first 3 service are free ? 2. What if my car stopped working far away from City ..suppose 250 km from their nearest station...will they send truk and what will the charge for that distance? Visit n return charges ?
1) first 3 services are free. 2) you have to take road side assistance package. They will pick your vehicle in such situation and send your car for repair to the nearest showroom/ service centre.

Hello , how this service is possible in big cities , where cars are parked in small apartment garages / basement parking ? And where will be the space for their service vehicle ? Washing may not be possible in basement parking spaces . Please advise.

In big cities they will schedule a pick up to a service centre nd drop it back for u as well, u need not worry.
