Ex-showroom price and invoice price both are different. Invoice price excluding GST is used for BH calculation. No it does not include customisation price or insurance price

Is it possible to purchase vehicle from one state and get BH from other state?
Yes you can. But it is better to get through the dealer. The process becomes simple and the dealer takes all the pain to provide you with a BH number.
@@betterdrives Got it Thanks for the reply, as a example - Karnataka govt still not regulated BH Number so planning to purchase from karnataka and register from other state, still we need to connect with dealer?

No sir. You cannot get BH no for 6 yr old car. Also for new car, only job holders having offices in minimum 5locations are eligible for BH SERIES

Partially correct information, any one can apply for BH series, if he/she interstate transferable govt job or any private employee , the employer offices exist in at least 4 state or UT , then he can submit for BH registration. With Form 60 and company ID card.

U don't have to rely on Dealer, u can do it through ur RTO directly but u have to inform ur dealer, although it is convenient to get BH series through dealer..
