nice review but need to change the assumption that compact luxury cars are entry level stepping stone to bigger cars. some people like me just prefer luxury in a smaller package even though they can well afford big cars. what's more, i think the 'baby ute' jag looks better than the bigger f-pace.
Oh I know. Just engaging in a bit of hyperbole :) Thanks for watching.
I thought I was biased because I have one, but it looks so much better to me than the F-Pace.
I own a 2020 Jaguar E-pace and it takes a little getting used to. Driving around the city, I just lightly keep my foot on the accelerator pedal to keep it from lurching. I drive in dynamic mode because the car performs much better in that mode, but you really do not have to press down on the accelerator unless you need to blow by another car or merge onto the highway. It's a fun car to drive and performs and rides more like a sports car than an SUV. The factory tires for 20" rims are the wrong size. Mine came with Goodyear 235/50/20, which is a very tall and narrow tire and does not work well with this model. I switched to Pirelli P Zero All-Season 245/45 /20, and that made a significant improvement in the handling and performance of the E-pace. Every tire chart I have seen calls for a 245/45/20, and I also confirmed that with Jaguar. Nobody really knows why they are putting 235/50/20 tires on this car???
Jaguar make some of the most fun cars to drive in my opinion. Glad to hear you're enjoying your. Thanks for watching! Cheers.
does dynamic mode increase fuel consumption?
@@finus0000 I haven't noticed a huge difference, but it drives and handles better for sure.
