Progress is actually going faster than i expected wow. Tenonto is now with QA, Evrima is actually really close now.

@Milk As QA started testing the game with utah as the base, they did not ONLY test the Utah, but also the world around them,and utah on utah action. Now that most of the game breaking bugs are hopefully out of the way tenonto testing will be alot smoother since they only have to focus on utah vs tenonto bugs.

I hope they update Acro sometime when the recode is already finished and make it an apex like it should’ve always been from the very beginning and give it much better stats so it can take on bigger prey like shants, trikes and maybe cama’s in packs as Acro’s were known to hunt large sauropods such as sauroposeideon, and a new remodel would be needed too as the current one won’t fit the aesthetic of the recode and will stand out among the other dinosaurs with their designs. If their going to add tenonto they have to be update Acro sometime in the recode because tenonto’s and Acro’s lived in the same time and tenonto’s were Acro’s main prey item if they don’t update it would be like adding trike and not having t rex in the game so i think it needs some love too and deserves an update more than most dinosaurs.

Matteo Mat I definitely agree with you baryonyx deserves a major buff and i do think its stupid that a Baryonyx can get killed by Utah Raptor or a Ceratosaurus. I aslo think Baryonyx does need a new redesign i personally am not a fan of the current design of the Baryonyx i do think it looks really ugly especially with its colours and those spikes all over it’s body.

@@Austin-ks8or They confirmed that there will be a way to choose feathered and non feathered skins. (Primarily utah was used as an example, but they did sort of mention that it could be possible for others like theri)
They will be working on a feather system at some point. The dinosaurs that are pretty much confirmed to be feathered irl, are going to be included into that customization. Troodon has been confirmed feathered I believe, so there is no doubt it won't be part of it, same with utah and galli.

Yeah same here I've lost all "hope" this update is gonna drop anytime soon. They dropped a trailer 5 months ago got everyone so hyped and now that hype has turned into frustration. Their reluctance to give an ETA or release time like "summer 2020" just makes me thing they have no idea when it'll be ready. They've either added way more than originally planned or they hugely under estimated the amount of work required.
I don't mind a small roster. Gives me time to practice and learn each animal. I don't really stick to any particular main cause I love all the dinos and have probably 5 or so favs. But if they all released at once it'd be a struggle deciding who to play first. With only Utah and Tento to start with, it's easy. I'd probably do Tento first cause it's new, then once I die I'd jump to Raptor to get used to its new features. Then as more are added I can try things new. IDK why ppl want the entire roster dropped all at once. We'd end up with a map full of nothing but Spinos and rexes if that happened cause no one ever tests out the smaller guys first >.>
I agree with everything you said. I'd assume people would not like a full roster of new dinos cause they might not know what to choose yet but they feel just 2 is a small number but that gives us time to get well rounded with the dinos and it doesn't lead to us being overwhelmed. But I personally hope that they're able to get more dinos out quick after the initial release drops.

I just want to know what other carnivores can the tenonto will be able to take on!? I’m hoping it can fight off Utah Dilos and Ceratos. I’m ok with it not being able to fight Allos and Suchos
Pretty sure it can hold its own against a creato although it might be a challenge but I believe it can do it. If it's capable of handling a utah it very likely can handle a dilo. But yea allo would be a large problem for tenonto.

Do you mean fully ready as in "complete"? Because a game like this will probably never be complete. The developers plan on updating it constantly. If you mean years until an official release, though, you're way off judging by the stuff they have shown us and all the times they've said development is faster than ever. Even if it does take 2 months or more, I still strongly suggest that you check it out even if your interest in the game is long gone at that time. I know I may sound like a "developer bootlicker" along with many other people in The Isle's troubled community, but we really only have the devs to tell us what the hell is going on right now. Thank you for reading this essay of a RUclips comment, I hope I changed your mind on this game. Have a good one.
There is something called patience. For now, until ENVIRMA comes out, try doing something new. Yesterday, I took a small Ava herd to climb to the top of one of the mountains. Try to think of things you have never done in The Isle.

Evrima is coming out in may, unless Don, bryan, Kissen, or any of the team gets Corona or some kind of disease. Yes, the recode will probably take a year but at least we'll have evrima and a pteranodon coming pretty soon. Plus the whole teams focused on different things, after evrima they'll all be pushed together towards the same goal.
I believe it'll come out in may as well it's looking pretty likey but if not anywhere from June to August I guess

I know this is a meme, and I am not trying to disrespect anyone with my view point. This is just my personal opinion on the anky. Don’t take this as a attack on anyone, it’s not meant to do any harm and don’t treat it as a argument. This is just my personal opinions and analysis of the anky. The anky as a real animal is not bad, it’s not great, it’s a decent animal. It’s wide body makes it difficult to bite because no land based predator that currently exists in the isle(except for hypos) have large enough jaws to bite the anky from the top. Think of it like eating a sandwich from the surface without bending it. That wide body makes it slow though, and it’s short legs also make it slow. However, those short legs make it harder for large predators such as giga and rex to bite the anky in its more vulnerable points. The apex’s would have to lower their body down almost to ground level to bite anky like a sand which. This gives the anky the ability to hit them causing damage, maybe even life threatening damage. So both it’s wide body and short legs make it difficult to actually hit the animal, however it makes the animal slow. The anky armor isn’t that good. However it’s just good enough to deflect small hits, not large bone crunching attacks though as it’s armor is just large and random osteoderms. It’s range of motion for the tail deflects attacks from the rear, not the front though which is actually fine. If a anky is completely unaware of its surroundings to not notice a potential attacker, then death is on them. If a anky is aware they can turn their tail to face their attacker. Anky has a short stubby body as a defense, to make it hard to bite. It’s tail serves as just a defensive weapon, it doesn’t need to be able to have large motion because as long as the animal is aware and makes smart decisions it’s fine. However, as the anky currently stands in the isle it is not fine. The removed bone break makes it difficult to deal with large apex’s. The anky body also doesn’t help because the current game can’t really turn what the anky body was used for in life into the game because that would make combat much more complicated and more difficult than needed. So anky in life was not bad, it was a well armored creature that focused more on defense than offense.

The way these people handle this project is fucking absurd and even more absurd is how poor their management is its taken 5 years to reach this point and they've been promising humans, strains, FUCKING LORE for I dont know how long now (oh yeah, going on 5 fucking years now nevermind)its not even just the poor snails pace of progress being made but just how the team is over all I kinda like Dondi tbh but he really is a terrible business man I will not be taking my mind anywhere but where I see fit.
