Pro Tip: When using hand tools to bend metal, do a slight bend and work your way down. Gradually repeat until you've bent it to the angle you want. This will help prevent creasing the metal as you've seen in the video. I know it's too late for these guys to use, and I doubt they read these comments (as they're busy.) But this tip is meant for those watching and have limited experience with similar projects.

I'm so impressed with what you guys have achieved, I first caught your channel with the timber frame school after watching that I went right back to day one and I've watched every episode. Guys, I’ve been in construction for 38 years. I’ve been watching you toil and progress under all kinds of difficulties. From the start of your garage wall to the last sheet of roofing being installed. Yes sometimes frustrating for me because of the choices you’ve made and you worked out what’s required. Well done! I helped a professional crew install a metal roof when I was 18 it was not anything as steep as this, you two did an amazing job!

Consider rotating those rolling shelves 90° and having an aisle between them.

Those shelves for your canning and supplies - were an excellent idea! :)
Just watch when you move them they can tip if wheels hit junk on the floor. Used them in manufacturing lost a few pc monitors when they tipped
