I took my stock p320 compact that came with the 3.9” UN threaded barrel and 4.6” threaded barrel switched out the compact grip for an XCarry grip put a Herrington Arms Comp with the Armory Craft recoil spring kit(which you must get) and switched out the factory spring which is 16lbs(the same that’s in the one you were kind off hating on 😂) and put in the 11lb yes 11lb spring. It’s the flattest shooting pistol at my range. I’m not quite sure why the factory Sig 4.6” threaded barrel and the Herrington Arms comp didn’t work because it fit perfectly flush on mine. I have the 3.9” slide and I’m thinking yours is the 3.6”. This was also my first deep dive into the p320 and certainly won’t be my last. You can also get the factory Sig 5.5” Bull threaded barrel for your X5($249) and drop the Herrington Arms Comp on her for shooting dimes at 30ft and silver dollars at 75. Great video Sir! It's flawless. The one major drawback is that you can't remove the barrell once the compensater is installed. Makes cleaning a pain. If it wasn't for the Legion it would be amazing to me. It shoots flat with hardly sny recoil. Stays on target very well allowing for consistent follow up shots. The legion is smoother and heavier. I will put this top on the Legion bottom in a follow up video. That will be an smazing combo I bet. The best of both worlds.
The slide, barrell and compensater??? I would say 100% because this build frame is same size. Is that what you meant? I'm going to do a video with the tops swapped. I want to see how flat it shoots.
@@sonsofliberty36 Worth it! I made an executive decision.... Still picking up the RXP next week. But im going to build this one from ground up.... Ordered a separate grip module.... Im pricing slides now. Once I get the slide and Grip Module, I'll hit up PMM and order my barrel/comp.... Those guys are not cheap!! $399 for the set up im looking for.... sheesh.... Oh well... for the love of guns and having one most won't have..... and performance of course... lol
@@Citizen2ACitizenLLC At least I know the PMM will fit perfect. I've seen videos of people just chopping the bottom of the gun to make tge side sit flush but I didn't want to do that.
These comped pistols like 11 or 12 lb springs since the gas pressure is reduced for cycling the slide. I’ve got a spring kit in the mail for my Spectre Comp. Stock is too heavy I want that buttery smooth Legion action.
I think if you got a sub compact barrel 3.6 it would of worked fine… it’s called a 3.6 but it’s actually longer… I do like the pmm but hate there barrels, it’s plain… if I’m doing this I’m getting a flashy barrel

Yes mine is 3.6, I originally had the Herrington. I love their stuff.

I bought mine used and it was just blind luck that mine was 3.9”.
Why don’t you throw the compensated upper on the legion frame? Get the best of both worlds.
I did this with an x carry upper with Herrington Arms compensator on top of the x5 lower. And it shoots flat AF

Would help to understand that you have an X compact and you need a 4.3” barrel for a 3.6” x compact gun.

One is amazing and one is fun and good. Just gotta decide on which. In my opinion. Cost is similar by comparison.

I just sent them the measurements I needed. The issue with pre-selecting the subcompact is that 4 barrels didn't work doing so.

Switch the grips your comp gun will shoot a lot better

I did try the 3.6 compact. It did work but looked ridiculous. About an inch to long. Good luck with the flashy barrel. I like the silver ones alot.
