- You join us at our Winter Wild Camp somewhere in Trøndelag, Norway, on day two.
After a windy night we get up to make some well deserved morning coffee and a easy breakfast.
As we pack down camp the sun starts to shine through the clouds giving hope for a great drive through the snow covered Norwegian backcountry.
Overlanding in Norway March 2023 - Part 2/3
After a long and cold winter we are finally seing some warmer temperatures and I invited some of my friends to come join me on a local trip here in Trøndelag.
Leisure battery:
12V 100ah Skanbatt lithium battery, distribution board, cables, fuses, led lights.
New starter battery:

Merci! Pour la conduite hivernale, j'utilise toujours des pneus hiver cloutés. Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT2 en 245/70R17. A little google translate. 😅 The 245/70R17 is the best size tire, when it comes to drivability, ease of driving, that I have had on my Discovery. I rides really nice, track really nice and the engine and gear ration in the gear box fits perfectly to this size. When I change out the summer tires I think I will buy a set of nokian outpost in that size, setting up the car for longer overland drives down into Europe. 🏔️🚗
