Side Quest: Hiking Penang Hill- Expectations VS Reality (Monkeys, Cool Bugs, Pretty Plants and More)

Hey Team! I just arrived back in Penang, Malaysia! I'm here for a quick training block before my next tournament and thought I'd be a little bit of a tourist while I'm here. My squash friend Gerard here took me with him on his weekly hike up Penang Hill and honestly it was a super great experience. You'll hear me huffing and puffing though since it's after I had my morning fitness training, my asthma low-key kicking in, and in general this climb does put some good work into your legs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! For people who are capable anyways and there's plenty of scenic/historic stops plus benches to rest at so it's all good fun. Not sure if I'd be doing it again anytime soon since I do looove my rest hours between training full time. Anyways, I huge plus to hiking up is that you get to see so many cool plants and animals! Just check out all these new things I saw on my way up! And Gerard recounted plenty of other cool bugs, birds, reptiles, and while doing his weekly Penang Hill hike. Massive respect to him. Once we're at the top, we got some yummy food and refreshing fruit drinks which was totally worth the hike. Definitely a good way to spend an afternoon at the top of Penang Hill and the extra treat was encountering those monkeys at the very end! They're so cute!
Anyways, I hope a lot of hours into editing this one and I hope you guys love it as much as I do!
