Penang Hill Challenge: Hiking Moongate vs Heritage Trails up Bukit Bendera

We were so unprepared to hike up Penang Hill...thought it would be easy peasy, but it took us way longer than we thought. Did not train for it, did not bring enough water, and Aaron got LOST.
The view on the top was pretty good though.

No registration, environmental fee and briefing whatsoever? So anyone can just hike and climb the hill even without a tour guide? Interesting trails though

Nope, seems like it's open to all. Have to pay for the funicular service if you want to take it though.
