Weightlifters say mass moves mass. That rotor just took you with it, so, proof of concept.

You had a "Copper Baby" 😂 Processing time improved as you went along with that monster. Next motor will be faster. The "Mini" made lite work moving those chunks around. Love that fork lift. Great profit numbers. Also, heck of a deal on those blades from Home Depot. Stock up cause the prices will most likely go up this summer when the demand is higher.

In my honest opinion, I think you need to get a steady supply of those huge motors and level up your game tools and building square foot. But if that's just hit or miss huge motor scores, then you got her pretty well figured out.

If you did the same cuts on both ends, you'd get the winding off in shorter pieces, not a tangly mess, and it'd fit in the tub easier? Of course it's much easier when it all just comes out in a giant horse shoe :)

I think that a hydraulic body repair kit would be useful with these big motors.

Maybe along with your big bar,an electric jack hammer with a long chisel tool could break the glue bond.

How hard would it have been without the jaws? Could you have rolled it so you could hook a chain/band on the end of the coil and lift it with the forklift? Using the weight of the rotor to separate the glue?

Why don’t you just chalk I line on that lip down the top there on each side. Cut it with that saw you got. Then that chunk of copper jest pulls right up. Take half hr at the most. That’s how I do it. Simple.

If you can keep getting motors man you should bring in day help or at least 1 or 2 full time people and have them do nothing but the motors, you just keep making trips filling the truck and trailer up with the motors and taking the copper back as your going to get the next load. Seems like that place will sell you all the motors you want. Plus it seems by doing that you could be in your own shop with no rent payment every mo th in no time. Heck man get 2 40ft containers and weld them together or put a a Fram roof on them and cut the walls out where their together at. That would give you a 16x40ft shop😊
