1. look for a file labeled 'gameinfo' (found inside the 'valve' folder) 2. open up gameinfo, then find and delete the line that says 'secure "1"' 3. Create a shortcut > Right Click > Go into Properties 4. in the box labeled 'Target:' and type '-dev' at the end of it. Hopefully this will work
