Good morning here from New York City! I woke early this morning and had to watch you immediately. But first, I made myself a fresh cup of coffee to enjoy it fully.
Walking in the rain is a beautiful thing. I used to enjoy this since I was a small child. I would drive my mother crazy but she allowed me to be myself and explore with my big red rain boots and shiny red rain coat and cap. I loved those things!
I wanted to thank you. I am not young. I will be 60 years old in a couple of years. I have lived my life and despite the mistakes and errors, I still love myself and wouldn't change a thing. I have learned from my past and have become proud of the woman I am today.
Have you ever heard the phrase "You can't teach a dog new tricks" ? Well, I have to say this is not always true.
You see, since I was a teenager, I just tossed things in a bowl and called it a salad. There never came the desire to do anything but fill a bowl with vegetables and fruits and some dressing and eat it. But watching you has changed this old dog. I was making a salad for the evening meal and found myself adjusting the placement of every single piece. I decorated the sides with the reddest red tomatoes and placed cucumbers neatly in a pretty pattern on the other side. The broccoli I set in the middle with some pretty yellow and red pepper strips and made, literally, a work of art.
As I carried this huge salad bowl to the dinner table, everyone's eyes widened and they wondered what had come over me to put so much time and energy into the salad. I told them about you and how you inspired this woman to create something to share that will bring joy to the meal. And I did. Thank you for teaching this old dog a new trick.

Травник знает, что "сорняки" растут не у каждого дома и не в каждом дворе, не на каждом участке, а только там, где необходимо. Опытный травник по видам растущих "сорняков" знает и может предположить и назвать заболевания людей живущих в том или ином доме. Садовод и огородник со стажем покупает крупную древесную стружку или щепу, красит её в яркие любимые цвета детскими красками и засыпает стружкой-щепой свободные места. "Сорняки" не растут и нет места скорбным мыслям: )))

@@pathid7413 Hola Pat. En herboristerias venden paquetitos de sésamo prensado (semillas de sésamo) con forma de láminas... con forma de hoja, no los he visto.
Lo puedes sustituir también por hojas de col, acelgas o espinacas.

Resulta que ya acostada para dormir empecé a sentir un poco de ansiedad no sé porqué. Como si no pudiera entrar todo el aire a los pulmones, una sensación muy desagradable. Me encuentro con este video y cuando me doy cuenta, veo que estoy respirando normal. Ahí veo que se debe a que es una rutina tan relajante la que transmites, que realmente inspira a disfrutar de la vida y lo que la naturaleza nos da. Acá en el occidente muchos comemos bastante mal. Mañana haré una buena ensalada de muchos colores. Por fin a dormir 😴❤

I once talked about the weed (not the drug of course) in my garden to my psychologist, bc it'd grown like crazy, harmed my other plants and I had the feeling that I couldn't get it under control - she compared it to human relationships as some of them are harmful to us, so we need to stand our ground sometimes and cut ties with them very early to heal and grow again... In terms of plants and such, I think its good to have a healthy balance of planted trees/flowers and wild ones 🙃 Oh and I love that you teach Hami to treasure life and to have no fear of harmless animals, such as a mantis 🥰
