Late to the party here but I'm catching up with your Beatles collection. I have to hear this song with headphones, like I just did, to remember how amazing it is. The taste and quality control these guys had at this young age is amazing. That's why you did the right ring starting at the start...you get to see what this range and taste will lead to.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you checking out the whole journey, the Revolver album review will be coming soon (and the reaction will be on Patreon) But yea it's so many videos, and it's so much enjoyment through all these videos.
I'm a 68 year old Beatles fanatic. "And I Love Her " is my favorite Beatles ballad. I even had it as our wedding song. My wife wanted "Here There and Everywhere " (a favorite of both Paul and John).
This Beatles ballad is as lovely as Meredith Willson's timeless "Till There Was You", which was covered by the Beatles on their previous album. The percussion sticks are claves (CLAH-vays).
A beautiful melody and Paul's dulcet voice. George creating that lick makes the song instantly recognizable. His solo is sweet, too. Lennon's strumming carries the tune.
Glorious vocal, glorious music. Beatles!!! I have always been a "John" girl because I love great lyrics...but as my older I appreciate Paul so much! Love George and Ringo too!
There's no such thing as 'your' favourite Beatles song. Every time you listen to them, a new favourite appears. I'll be pushing up daisies before i can nail down my fave.... :)
Those 4 notes that are at the beginning, was all George. It one of the most recognizable riffs in music. All 4 of these guys made the music what it was and what it is today. A good song will always be a good song.
The next Beatles album after A Hard Day's Night is called Beatles For Sale. Two good songs from that album are "I'm a Loser" (John Lennon vocals) and "Eight Days a Week" (harmony vocals, but mostly Lennon). If you like Beatles' ballads such as "And I Love Her," a terrific Lennon ballad on A Hard Day's Night is "If I Fell." For early Beatles' ballads, it doesn't get any better than "And I Love Her" (McCartney) and "If I Fell" (Lennon). McCartney slowly took command of the Beatles' ballads in future albums, but he could still rock out, too. If you want to try a cross between a ballad and a soulful blues song, react to McCartney's "Oh Darling" from the Abbey Road album. It would have been a hit for any other band, but the Beatles had so many hits that "Oh Darling" was just an album cut.
in the movie there is less echo on this, and it is played a little slower. this one hustles along. I think the recording engineers played around with this one in both Britain and USA.
You could spend days reacting to Beatles music and never be disappointed. My suggestion : start at beginning and move forward. That way you can hear their genius evolve
Love this song! Good choice. Great reaction. Thank you. Could you please do Led Zeppelin Stairway to heaven? I don't see any Zeppelin in your videos and if you don't know them you are missing out. subscribing!

Timeless
I’ve been listening to this song for decades, it never gets old 😍
George Harrison’s classical guitar work on this song is sublime.

Thx! Those are the type of iconic guitar licks that George was known to bring to us!
I'm glad you picked the original audio version. Thanks!

If I fell from hard days night hits the same. Grew up with them, what a great time for music!
You could have Beatles music only for your wedding, but your reception would have to last about half a day

I know THAT'S RIGHT !!! SAME for ME!
The only thing I hate about this sing is that it's way too short. I love this and "If I Fell"!

"No Reply" on the "Beatles For Sale" album, is well worth a listen!

Another favorite balled from The Beatles is This Boy❤️❤️❤️
Yea I really enjoyed that one, I reacted to both the recorded version & the live in DC one since RUclips blocked the recorded version.
❤❤
The Long And Winding Rd is my fave ballad . You need to react to A Brief History Of The Beatles. You'll learn a lot from it

We’d do a cha cha to this.
Yes we did!!

Indeed, that's exactly how I'm doing it going from album & era
The Beatles - Ive got a feeling (live on rooftop) please 😊
You might want to watch the movie, "A Hard Day's Night." I think you'd really like it.
Check out Brief history of the BeaTles

Sure thing! Thanks for Subbing!
From same album If I Fell, I should have known better
Please give some credit to Sir George Martin, the Fifth Beatle.
With all due respect, this is not a bobbing head song. LOL
Everything I like that has a beat or a rhythm is a bobbing head song lol
