@@Cousineddy77that narrative is overstated and not necessarily true. He has really strong playoff performances, I believe more 40pt playoff games than Steph curry (can’t confirm someone can check on this). It’s clear he cannot deal with carrying an entire team through the regular season and playoffs alone, he’s only human . He’s not on Lebrons level and it’s clear that he needs to be the second or third option, which he is now on the clips. I think if these playoffs he doesn’t underperform it will prove that narrative is a bit overblown, but if he does I’ll shut my mouth.

To be fair to Harden he usually runs into absolutely historic teams his rockets were the only team that even competed with the Warriors in the west im still convinced That if CP3 never gets hurt he eliminates the KD warriors and even more recently with the 76ers he had a close 7 game series with the Celtics where he won games on his own even with the Nets they went to 7 with the eventual winners the bucks sadly neither him nor Kyrie were healthy if you really look at it with context its abit exaggerated

I think Good Health has been a blessing for them. I am also really impressed by the coaching. I've heard a lot of good things about Ty Lue, but the Clippers have underperformed and Cleveland had Lebron and co, and only won 1 chip.
But finding a way for Harden, PG, and Kawhi to all play to their strengths together, after an in season trade, is a real accomplishment. I am tentatively rooting for them. Being able to swallow ego and do what's best for the team is a good sign. Russ also plays into that.

They look MUCH closer to the 2nd 3 peat Bulls than people think. They are literally winning on everything the meta says you can't do to win.

@@juleo707 they lack defensive consistency because they lack good defenders. Kawhi is really a 3 rather than a 4 and he has to guard up because they don't have a proper PF. Kawhi and PG-13 are also older and aren't the elite defenders they once were. Kawhi and PG-13 are still good defenders but they can't play elite defense consistently without being worn out. If they could somehow get a versatile lengthy defender it would help them get stops. Even Covington instead of PJ Tucker would have been helpful.
