I was at this concert with some friends. I was stationed at Naval Station Long Beach at the time. A week later, this concert was on the ABC Rock Concert Series. Alice Coopers set was amazing.
I went to 3 different JP concerts at Irvine Meadows over 5 years. The one with Alice Cooper had the cameras everywhere and i always wondered where to find a recording of this concert. Grandpas headbanging, fun bags bouncing, everyone having a party. i walked out of there in awe of those performances. Another concert there had Slayer and Megadeth with Judas. You can't duplicate the sound of those live concerts. thanks for the upload!!!
You are correct. I WAS THERE! It was my second Priest show at Irvine Meadows. I thought that the first show (mid 80's) was maybe a little better but, both shows were awesome.
This was actually recorded for ABC (Network TV) "In Concert '91" series. The show also had Alice Cooper who Priest was touring with at the same time. Both shows were recorded for broadcast. I miss that show it was awesome.
Too bad the camera crew didn't do a "split screen!" In other words, different cameras getting different angles/shots of the performance and ONE camera for THOSE ladies!

This is still good to see though, Green Mana is sung great but what is he doing with Hell Bent For Leather!!! UBER CAMPING IT UP!! Too much for me!! 3:45 If only metal chicks looked like this now!!!! Now days they're trying to be butch as fuck, and are ruined with piercings and tattoos lol gimme these birds any day !! She'd get destroyed lol!! I was 8 when this happened!!! :)
