You guys are awesome to provide free annual reviews. After speaking with numerous estate planning attorneys in the DC area, virtually all want top dollar for doing absolute minimum amount of work and use scare tactics to pressure clients into paying exorbitant hourly rates ($400+/hr). I’ll take my NOLO software-generated, poor man’s living trust over those kinds of lawyer’s any day. Only concern I have is cementing appointment of my separate property to my bloodline via QTIP trust and a see through provision for my ‘plan’ assets for my wife. After a couple of visits to my law library, Ive managed to find state-specific boilerplate language for a Cayton QTIPable formula provision and will begin crafting my clauses in the next several weeks. I’m no JD but over time any college grad worth their salt get even the most critical portions of a trust correct without the struggle and hassle of trying to find decent, affordable legal services. There are so many practice manuals and Nexis resources, all one has to do is put in the time and diligence into it.

My last name is the same as your family's last name..... Now you tell me if that would work.
