The credit scene with the soldier with mental health issues coming back from the turkey war was a nice touch. Slow start to the episode but the last half was great.
Minor note; turkeys can absolutely fly, it's only the oversized domestic ones that can't. Particularly noteworthy are the wild turkeys of Staten Island, introduced by some misinformed activists and who routinely fly onto people's porches and balconies.

No? I havent enjoyed the jokes in the last 3 episodes at all. The reason i like Rick and Morty is not because they "fuck everything" up. It's because they have interesting sci-fi concepts about space-time and conciousness. The only episode this season that has explored an interesting idea is the first episode with the portal to a realm where time moves faster. All the other episodes has not really been "rick and morty" in feeling, because they don't explore any interesting concepts relating to science/sci-fi/space-time. It's fine to have some of those episodes sometimes, but this is shaping up to only have 1 interesing episode. This is the reason season 2 is my favorite. Every episode explores a new concept.

I love that this show is using Keith David more. It's crazy that this is the same guy who voiced 2 stoic, dark and badass cartoon characters back in the 90's.
