in my case i had an ideapad gaming 3 with ryzen 5 4600h , i also had the same problem in my windows 11 . I deleted the graphic driver completely using a 3rd party program and i downloaded graphic driver from the lenovo website itself and that fixed my problem
but this was my case so it could be differend in your device . it could also be the hardware problem

if camera isnt displayed in the device manager, click on view and select show hidden apps and uninstall camera drivers and restart ur pc , it will work

Believe me it's hardware wiring issue . I faced it 1 year back . Now I'm using external web cam ..
But my laptop cam sometimes start working automatically. So I always carry a Web cam for backup
