Pipe Cleaner Curls on Locs|Tutorial

This video is about me teaching my viewers how to do pipe cleaner curls on my locs. I try to explain in as much detail as possible on how to do this style. You can also thread the tip into the loop at the bottom and secure it that way. I did mine two days ago and I'm just feeling my fingers again. My hair is butt length so that can have alot to do with it also. Just a suggestion. Looks great.

Also, you should be able to pull the pipe cleaners straight out after loosening up the top and bottom instead of unraveling which loosens your curls...black girl power!

This is super cute!!!! I am super glad that I found is because I am here retwisting my locs and using the pipe cleaners, but I wasn’t sure how it would look. We have the same texture hair 4 C and the same color hair, so I’m sure that it’ll look similar to this if I do a good job. Bravo sis 🙌🏽

Yup, I feel like I could’ve done my thicker ones with one loc per pipe cleaner. But it’s up to you on how tight you want your curls.

Hi. Can you leave the pipe cleaners in for the duration of the style, ie several weeks? And as the pipe cleaners are dry and fuzzy, can you use oil on them so they don't dry out the curl? Your hair is the business!

If I remember correctly I think I only left the pipe cleaners in for two to 3 days and I think the style lasted prolly two weeks

Why do we need the loop at all??? Why are we making the loop... What is the loop for? I know some people put the hair through the loop... But why do we even need to loop at all?

The look is wide enough at the bottom to secure the think locs at the end. I tried without the look and it doesn’t hold
