2019 Hyundai Kona EV 12 months of ownership - is it any good?

Our 2019 Hyundai Kona 64kWh Premium SE Electric was 1 year old on 1st July 2020. I explain what our 12 months of ownership has been like. I cover the issues with the car, the ownership experience and the running costs for the year.
Do I regret buying the car?

A few people have mentioned in the comments that their Kona Electric has the BluLink app. For the UK market the app was available on the Gen 2 models late 2019 and beyond. They feature the larger 10" media screen as an easy way to spot the difference. Mine is a 2019 Gen 1 car with the 8" media screen, the BluLink app does not work - I've tried it via Hyundai's Connectivity Centre website. It's dead in the water.
