Do what I do, rockhound on a limited basis. Do parking lot rockhounding. There’s lots of good rocks brought in as decoration for shopping malls, hospitals, doctor’s offices, etc.. My back is a total misery most days, and it’s the best and easiest way to find some decent rocks.

I don’t know what medical issues or symptoms you are having but it sucks when there are no answers to explain the symptoms. I went through a battery of tests last year and they were all normal. My symptoms were caused by Cymbalta , which I had been on for awhile. Slowly cut my dose to see and with every decrease my symptoms got better so I requested a med change. If you’re on meds I would start with those and see if those could potentially be the culprit. I saw several doctors and not a single one even brought up that it could be the meds. I had to do my own research and be my own advocate. I hope you can get some answers, feel better and get back to doing the things you love. ❤
Love your videos . Have you been tested for MS ? After years of being told it was my age , arthritis or anything else they could blame it on . They discovered that is what was wrong . Being tired and not being able to be in the heat are one side of it .
Mainstream doctors will help find any conditions that are severe enough to show up through their standard testing. But when they start scratching their heads and are not giving you answers, then its time to seek other doctors like a kinesiologist. I'm speaking out of experience.
