Speaking as a Faust main (who isn't very good), I'm so used to doing my set-ups by reacting to whatever item pops out that I barely even stop to think that I could monch an item for a specific situation. In short, it just rarely crosses my mind. Definitely something I should work into my game more.
Monch is only really useful when you want to be a bit safer in blockstrings and in combos/certain setups. Monch is certainly good but it's not very useful in this matchup with the way Leo. is playing
Monch can be used to bait your opponent into moving forward if you like to toss a lot of items. Since you can cancel it into different moves, I usually do 2h
How is this one sided? Have you noticed the various misplays from the Faust like hero bursting at 10% hp with 2 lives left instead of saving it for next round? Both great players nonetheless.

I noticed that too. It really feels like I see a lot of zato Faust matches.
Well, considering the history between this two, it's like they are mortal enemies (At least in Faust perspective, Zato would not even care)
