We in Kerala also must make mampazha puliseri during vishu day. Puli inji, manga velirikai pachadi etc., we don't. Use puli in the kuzhambu but thayir we use.Only coconut fenugreek red chilli vellam for gravy.

Happy Ugadi to you both. Tried this Mango recepie came out very nice the other was Mathura Aloo both at first attempt was OK. After 2-3 times it just came very nice adjusted to our taste ( a bit 🌶). Mathura Aloo was simple but liked by one and all at home.
