Murr would cut underneath the rubberband. When my mom had breast cancer 🎀 I grew mine out to cut & donate and they rubberband it off specific lengths. After he cut it all I was thinking is that it was wasted 😆 than on the positive side he wastes so little the guy has plenty more to donate if he planned on.

......Its always scripted, except for the interactions that happen with the unknowing participants. They said the long haired guy was a producer.
I know he was the producer, but what gave it away was how "the victim" layed down on the chair with a smile at the end. lol
