Hey Anton, it would be interesting to see a size comparison of all objects available in US2, except for the randomized objects, just all the objects located in the catalog
Loved this video, and I had a couple of thoughts. Trying to put a teapot moon around the Tardis, might not work, depending on how the gravity is calculated. Just as the Moon's field is very "lumpy", so that Lunar satellites have to continually adjust trajectory, to maintain orbit, could this be the same? On Earth, the gravitational attraction o a mountain is enough to be measurable. Maybe (I am guessing, as I don't know how the programme calculates stuff), the shape of the Tardis is the problem; if it was spherical, it might be a different story. One other solution would be to increase the mass of the objects so that localised fluctuations would have less of an overall effect. I always like to see the effect of trying to run multiple pyramid/star systems, but as far as I am aware, binary, trinary, etc., systems are inherently unstable, unless the planets orbit BOTH stars at a great distance, or if they are very close to the parent star, and the stars are quite far apart.
I think the moon system would've worked had the bigger objects been placed much further apart from eachother than they were in this video (such as in 10 km increments instead of 500 m increments), since the close proximities of the objects coupled with their sheer sizes were preventing the formation of any stable moons.
wait isnt that the monolith those artists put up in 2020 and everyone was freaking out about? were those a reference to something because this was 5 years ago
They could remake "Armaggedon" with pumpkins. A bit messier, but it would be a winner, I am sure. Right enough, I would replace everyone with Samuel L Jackson. Of course the female lead would be played by Samuel "Liv" Jackson in a dress.
And 2) A planet without night could just be a planet in the bary centre of two stars, which is VERY unstable, and will fall out of ''orbit'' with even a very tiny push. However, if you have US2, I recommend you try do it yourself :D
Adrigor If you want your planet to be both tidally locked and habitible, you would need a red or white dwarf, as their habitable zones are so close that often possible habitable planets are tidally locked, and only life on a small edge between the permaday and permanight would be possible.
The Egyptians didn't build the pyramids to represent the sun! Rich people like pharoes (kings) would be buried with a big slab of rock over their tomb, Eventually somebody decided they wanted more rock slabs, so they had their slaves build a pyramid, but they switched the way the built the pyramid in the middle of it, so it was a weird shape. He refused to buried in it so they built another one that was actually a pyramid. Then a bunch of other kings copied their ideas and made bigger pyramids.
And that pyramid represented the Egyptian’s view of the universe, which is a pyramid with the Sun at the top. The physical pyramid might have come before this representation of the universe though.
And that's where Russell's teapot came from.
Later in the news: NASA launches the Ghiza pyramid into space, RUclipsr sues them for copyright infringement.
Honestly, I was waiting for you to terraform a basketball, while making it Earth sized. Please do that Anton. Please.
And Planet Aqua Star From Kirby would be interesting, too. It's basically a large ball of water with a rocky center.
Oof
Bwahaha! I love that the _teapot_, of all things, ended up as the "moon" of the TARDIS... XD (Well, briefly anyway. Heh.)
That's fascinating that something as small as the pyramids can have that much gravitational influence.
"...this is Anton"
NO, THIS IS PATRICK!
NO-"THIS IS SPARTA"
lol
jemDarpole no IT'S ITALY WORLD AND DONALD TRUMP OF YOUR COUNTRY IN AMERICA AND PUTIN IN RUSSIAN
lol
THIS IS SPARTA
Time to terraform your Giza Solar System!
Want a solar system of pumpkins only
me
pump pump pump pump pump pump pump pumpkin PUMPKIN
Could you do like 1000 pyramids vs earth .
Greenlandia earth is way more massive.
Greenlandia IF YOU LIKE 10000000 JUPITERS VS UNIVERSE
99999999999999999999999999999999 universe vs multiverse
were did he get the pyramid of Egypt anyways.
Zander Jacobs
I bet he stole it
I can imagine the doctor in deep space having tea outside the Tardis in its air shell as the tea pot orbits around.
0:32 So you're saying that...
I'm attractive!? 😲
THE MIGHTY TEA KETTLE MOON!!!!!!
Wait, pumpkins are now human made?
That "Monolith" is the "Monolith" from "2001: A Space Odyssey".
Anton this was a pretty fun video :D
Now i want to see a solar system made with stars, literally every main object being a star
Shoutout to not only Russel's Teapot, but the Teapotahedron! The sixth platonic solid~
Hey Anton, it would be interesting to see a size comparison of all objects available in US2, except for the randomized objects, just all the objects located in the catalog
there are hundreds if not thousands of objects in the catalog
2:31 what's it's orbital velocity?
This video reminds me of the early experiments to measure the mean density of Earth (Schiehallion experiment in particular)
How do you show the barycenter
Loved this video, and I had a couple of thoughts.

If a human in space came across a REALLY small object (atoms, unicellular animals, etc) would be in orbit around us.
Plz put the lightest object in the game next to the most heavies object in the game and see how fast you can make it orbit
at least dr. who knows when to have tea
xD
Awesome! How do I get this software?
You should add mass to some of the objects!
14:20
Anton called me attractive :3
How do I stand on object
there is a flashlight option under view and you can see everything completely lit up
Man now I want to orbit a pyramid of Giza
Are there any new objects in Universe Sandbox 2?
Cesare Vesdani
Yes
two polar bears.. Bipolar :D
If the piryamid was out there it would be fucking big
In this universe, miley cyrus came in like a wrecking celestial body
That Monolith is from 2001:Space Odyssey

Make a solar system out of mountains
This teaches me more tan school
When Will pumpkins collier. It Will extinctiate the Dinosaurs.

Your grammar made me "extinctiate" my brain cells.

Elf On The Shelf no...
hey maybe you should ask your subscribers what kind of solar system do they want you to create and create it for your subscribers or me
Can you make the Piramide of Giza a Star?
Try to make a video (What if the solar system was cubes)
Universe sandbox² should have mods...
Tyler Jenkins
I wonder if there is life on any of these object, what creatures it will be
have you tried playing us2 with VR? Human scale scene looks epic with vr mode.
А еще говорите по русски?
Hey russel's teapot
So does this mean earth is a frisbe
i thought juno was 20 metres?
This kind of reminds me of Super Mario Galaxy.
lowkey orbiting the Illuminati xD
Maby create system with habitable planet and with 4 suns :)
Or planet where night dont exist
1) He has said he isn't creative (But I beg to differ) enough to make a solar system
And 2) A planet without night could just be a planet in the bary centre of two stars, which is VERY unstable, and will fall out of ''orbit'' with even a very tiny push. However, if you have US2, I recommend you try do it yourself :D

this was zeroyalvikings idea lol
FUCKING FINALLY
Actually the Egyptians worshiped the moon. The Mayans and Aztecs worshiped the sun.
Rah is mad at you
I feel very ... attracted to you. PUNS
did u know other primates make objects and also have there own culture isn't that cool
7:19 ILLUMINATI

hello Emma hello
PYRAMID GAZA
i mean Great Pyramid of Giza XD
A fruitcake would have to be in the center.
I live in egypt and i saw it
this is wrong the pryamid of giza is a pramid our suns a sphere
