    Outstanding videography, including spectacular drone shots. Alaska backcountry scenery certainly helps, but even beyond that, really good dynamic shots. Do you do your own videography or do you have a professional helping produce these videos?

    • @DustinFaddis
      @DustinFaddis  3 года назад +1

      Thanks for the feedback Marc. My wife and I film it all ourselves. Alaska is a beautiful place so it definitely helps. 😆 we’re relatively new to filming, so we hope that we’re getting better with each video. Do you do any filming?

    • @marchills4131
      @marchills4131 3 года назад +1

      @@DustinFaddis No, but I studied filmmaking in high school and learned to view movies and videos from a cinematographer's perspective. Most people find a part of a film/video pleasing, but aren't often aware it's in part due to how the shot was set up and executed. For instance, you and your wife often have the camera moving, even when the subject is not. And you use fades and lap dissolves. A lot of YT'ers use a near constant medium-high angle, hand-held shots of whatever they're reviewing just sitting in their lawn. You and your wife get the bike out into the wild and use frequent low angle as well as tracking shots. It definitely elevates your content, so well done.

    Great video,subbed after seeing couple your ZR2 videos which will be my next purchase in fall when next generation model comes out. But back to ebikes. I'm older ,5ft9 180lb looking for ebike strictly for hunting, northern alberta, hilly and lots rough logging roads and bush trails. Are you still recommending this bike or any others you like? ( without breaking bank) thanks

    • @DustinFaddis
      @DustinFaddis  2 года назад +2

      So that’s a tricky question. They build some amazing bikes that are designed for that and those bikes can tow a bit of weight as well. But like you said they will definitely break the back at around $5,000. This bike is great and I’ve had it for a while now. That being said… the research and design just isn’t quite there so it’s much heavier than those other bikes and is lacking in torque. This bike would be great to get you out to an area for maybe bird or rabbit hunting but I wouldn’t take it down the side of a steep mountain to hunt deer or anything like that. I hope this helps a little bit. Again, I’m a big guy and I use it to commute an to have some fun. I’ve taken it on some great trails but it gets very heavy when the hills get steep for too long. One quick example…. My driveway was around 100 meters and a 10% grade. That was about its limit with someone my weight. Anything more and I’d have to get off and push it up. Good luck with the ZR2… we love the truck.

    Good review! What do you think about the Lectric 2.0?

    • @DustinFaddis
      @DustinFaddis  3 года назад

      For the price point, the lectric is a great bike. I’m a pretty big guy so I wanted to go with the full size, full suspension. I think my next purchase will be the sondors folding e bike for my wife. She really likes the build quality and they look of the sondors bikes and they’re right between the Wallke and the lectric in price. Have you looked into sondors? Thanks for watching Hieu. We appreciate it.

    I just got a rear flat tire on my Wallke X3 pro can I just put a patch on the inner tube like any ordinary bike or should I replace the tube? Any recommendations on a new heavy duty tube/liners? Thanks

      @DustinFaddis  3 года назад +2

      I’ve patched my rear tire already and it’s been holding up great. I’ll be looking at some heavy duty liners and tires that are a little thicker next spring. I would patch it unless you’re ready for thicker tires. Thanks for watching Javier.

      We’ve had this bike for almost 2 years and haven’t had a single issue. Is there another bike you recommend that has around 70 mile range, 30mph top speed and has full suspension? We prefer fat tires as well because we ride it in the snow here in Alaska. I didn’t find much of a market that checks all of those blocks.
